As preferred catering suppliers at Rainforest Gardens, we have been fielding a lot of questions about exactly what pop up weddings are and how they work.  To put it simply, Pop Up Weddings are essentially an all-inclusive package for your wedding day and Private Chefs of Brisbane specialise in creating delicious, fresh and tasty catering services for each wedding.

What is a Pop Up Wedding?

A Pop up wedding is a normal wedding but with a lot less stress for the Bride and Groom and is very cost effective...  

Everything is organised for the couple for one set price.  If there are any extras required, Rainforest Gardens will be happy to assist you to find what you are looking for.  A pop up wedding usually takes 2 hours and couples can pick from a number of timeslots on the day.  Don't worry, it is carefully structured so you notice other weddings at the same time as yours.

What Type of Food is Provided at Pop Up Weddings?

Our chef prepares the finest array of delicious food.  Your guests will be welcomed with arrival platters when they reach the reception area.  This will be followed by variety of tasty canapes and mini burgers to ensure everyone gets to enjoy the delicious food freshly prepared for your special day.

How Many Guests Can Attend Pop Up Weddings?

Guest numbers for a pop up wedding are usually limited to 30 of your family and friends but if you do want to include more guests then simply get in contact with Rainforest Gardens.

What Does A Pop Up Wedding package Include?

Features of our pop up weddings include: 

  • Stunning Venue with beautiful backdrop for photography and video
  • 30 minute ceremony by the celebrant
  • Photography of your ceremony PLUS a 45 minute portrait session throughout the gardens
  • Bridal bouquet & groom buttonhole
  • 90 minute reception with mouth-watering canapés

Are Drinks Included at a Pop Up Wedding?

Complimentary water and glasses are provided for guests.

As Rainforest Gardens is a BYO venue, couples can organise a few drinks to put into the stainless steel drink trough.
