Our wedding was nothing short of amazing...even if i do say so myself.

The food was absolutely amazing! Not only was there plenty of it, it tasted absolutely amazing. I was advised by a number of our guests that the stuffed zucchini flowers were to die for and the cookies and cream cheescake was life changing.

I cannot praise the staff more highly. They coped with power cutting off constantly and alterations to the schedule without so much as a blink. They were quiet and discrete. The bar staff were also great. Honestly, the experience made the wedding which would have been good to absolutely amazing. We can't thank you enough and we will be recommending and contacting you again in the future.

Your help in menu selection, food preparation by the chefs, presentation and staff service was truly an amazing and delightful experience.

I really appreciated the way you kept me informed during the evening as to where you were and your timing was perfect.

Response was excellent from guests regarding your delivery of food and service –  I have to mention especially the belly pork, baked salmon, fillet mignon and may as well say the entire menu – yum, delicious!

Thank you for catering our Mater Children’s Private Brisbane launch in May 2015.

Your team was nothing but professional and easy to communicate with from the beginning catering a high standard of food and party theming for adults and children with a delicious morning tea including an amazing cake designed with our logo and mascot bear Miracle Max plus a large chocolate fountain.

The attention to detail from the initial site check was spot on and service was prompt on the day with your very accommodating and pleasant staff who were able to move quickly with our event. Providing all the additional extras from linen and tables if needed was a bonus.

Guests, staff and patients were all positive and loved the variety of menu created. Finally the kitchen was cleaned spotless as well which was very helpful.

We would recommend using Private Chefs of Brisbane for any of your catering needs for the best service and variety of high quality food.

Mater Children's HospitalEvent Opening

We would like to say an enormous thank you to you, Brendan and Chevelle for our function yesterday.

The food was amazing!  The presentation was exceptional and the flavours were so delicious that we wondered how the next canapé could exceed the experience of the last.  Our guests were impressed and commented on the ease of the afternoon particularly how we didn’t even know they were in the kitchen right beside us. Then of course, the kitchen was all cleaned and tidied up as if they had never been.
