The receipt of a non-refundable $200 deposit will secure your preferred function date.
Payment can be made via Visa card, Mastercard, direct credit, cheque or cash.
Notice of cancellation
90+ days prior to your event deposit is non refundable, any other monies paid will be refunded.
60 to 89 days prior to your event 20% of anticipated food and beverage cost.
30 to 59 days prior to your event 50% of anticipated food and beverage cost.
8 and 29 days prior to your event 75% of anticipated food and beverage cost.
Within 7 days prior to your function 100% of anticipated food and beverage cost.
Remainder of payment is required 7 days prior to the event.
Quotes are based on minimum spend and minimum numbers. Therefore numbers cannot decrease below minimum but can increase up to 4 days out from your event.

Final menu and event order will be emailed through for customer final approval
